My journey with Shell began with the Graduate Programme. Despite being a fresh graduate, I had the privilege to represent Shell at the largest annual engineering forum in Qatar. I was the youngest presenter that year.

For instance, I was entrusted to lead a project that involved replacing more than 200 cables spanning more than 12,000 kilometers to help eliminate site threat and improve its reliability.

Tareq Growing my career while being part of the energy transition has been a big win for me.
Immediately after graduating, I joined Shell as a wellsite drilling engineer working on one of the largest non-associated gas reservoirs in the world.

Now I get to share my journey after completing the Shell Graduate Programme. Recently, I was asked to be a speaker at the web summit, where I was able to share my experience and showcase what Shell has provided me to become the professional that I am today.
