If you’ve previously applied for a role with Shell, you can go straight to your personal profile and submit another application for a new role. If your application is successful, in most instances we arrange for a telephone interview to take place within two weeks. This usually lasts between 45 minutes and an hour. Let your curious side show and ask us your questions to discover more about the role and what it’s like working at Shell.

We assess your potential impact

If your interview is successful, we will invite you for an assessment within a period of around three weeks. It will either be a behaviour-based structured interview, a professional interview or a presentation assessing your competencies. In some instances it will include a scenario-based exercise. This should all last around four hours. You will have the opportunity to ask us any further questions about things such as rewards and benefits. We will try to notify you of the outcome within a few days.
